Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Ms. Seid was a Manager at Evercore Partners, where her responsibilities included financial reporting for their private equity funds. He is a graduate fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago and was honored as a Chicago United Business Leader of Color. He leads the firm's Legal Team and is responsible for absolute return strategies, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and other investment and client-related legal matters. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Metakis is a member of the Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure Investment Committee and the Strategic Investments Investment Committee. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager and Quantitative Analyst at Martello Investment Management. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, he was an Assistant Vice President and Controller for Jackson National Asset Management, L.L.C. Mr. LoPrete serves as a Portfolio Manager for a number of custom private equity mandates where he leads activities related to the construction, implementation and monitoring of such mandates. He received his Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Rest was a Vice President at AIG Investments with responsibilities in deal sourcing and oversight of the due diligence process for AIGs private equity fund investing, and was the Manager of Private Equity at the New York State Teachers Retirement System, growing the private equity program from $100 million to $8 billion of commitments to private equity funds and co-investments across the United States and Western Europe. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Dickson was Director of Information Security with Performance Trust Capital Partners focused on expanding, maintaining, and maturing the firms cybersecurity program. Michael Sacks is a hedge fund manager and major Democratic donor living in Chicago. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, she was in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services Group at Ernst & Young, LLP, most recently as a Senior Associate, where she managed operations of financial statement audits in the financial services industry. Mr. Richter graduated summa cum laude with his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager, Mr. Friedman was a member of the Research Team and shared responsibilities for investment research and manager due diligence across a range of strategies. Mr. Falangola shares responsibility for business development, client service, and consultant relations. Sacks and his wife are major players in Chicago politics, supporting leading Democrats in the city with donations. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Shah was an Investment Banking Associate at Banc of America Securities, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, and potential transactions, primarily in media and telecom industries. Ms. Griffin focuses on expanding the firms small, emerging and diverse manager platform. He was also recognized as one of the 75 Most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street by Black Enterprise Magazine in 2011. Ms. Bentley is a member of and immediate past Chair of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington and is a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement USA. Mr. Kashyap is a member of the Illinois (active) and Massachusetts (inactive) Bars. She also worked for The Northern Trust Company in various investment and operational related roles, including her tenure as an Investment Associate in Quantitative Equity Management. Mr. Han shares responsibility for business development, client relationship management, and investment activities in Korea. He also leads the multi-strategy team. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, he worked as an independent consultant for a group of industry professionals evaluating and developing an asset management business opportunity. Previously, she worked in the firms Technology group focused on systems development. He began his career as a Help Desk Technician and Network Administrator with Woodfield Media. Ms. MacIntosh shares responsibility for the firms fund finance operations. Ms. Bollini received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting magna cum laude and her Master of Business Administration from Fairfield University. Previously, he executed growth equity and leveraged buyout investments at J.P. Morgan Partners and began his career in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs. She began her career as a Management Analyst and Senior Consultant at BearingPoint, which was acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Parkinson shares responsibility for the firm's corporate finance operations with a focus on financial reporting and accounting policy. He began his career as a Quantitative Strategist in the Reinsurance Group, Securities Division at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Kirchner received his Bachelor of Science in Finance with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Fang received both her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business, New York University. Mr. Sacks is engaged civically serving on a number of nonprofit boards. Elden left Grosvenor in 2005, when the fund was managing $13.4 billion, according to a statement from his family. Michael J. Sacks is chairman and chief executive officer of Chicago-based Grosvenor Capital Management. His role at Goldman Sachs included securities trading and client service. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Goldman Sachs, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and The Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. Grosvenor currently manages over $23 billion for a globally diverse institutional and high net worth client base. Mr. Morrison received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University and his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Shah received two degrees from the University of Cambridge, his Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics and his Master of Arts in Economics. Ms. Godinho leads activities related to the construction, implementation and monitoring of portfolios. He is responsible for leading investment research and manager monitoring with a focus on European and other globally orientated strategies. Ms. Arsan is responsible for IT operations and support and the management of IT services and systems supporting the firms end users and business processes. Previously, she was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she was a member of the Capital Markets group representing issuers and financial institutions in connection with the arrangement and syndication of leveraged acquisition financings, issuance of new debt, and restructuring of existing debt. He is also an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Montgomery was a corporate attorney at Sidley Austin, LLP, where he was a member of its Investment Funds group specializing in matters related to alternative asset management. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. DiMola served as Vice President at Cooper Investment Partners, where he was responsible for originating, executing and managing investments, including board level duties. Mr. Kirchner is also the strategy head for the firms hedge fund seeding platform, where he is responsible for sourcing and structuring seed investments in new hedge fund managers and working to support the managers growth. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Han was one of the co-founders of EQ Partners, a Korean private equity fund, focusing on private equity investments. Right with his first on-screen performance he received a Golden Globe nomination as the Most Promising Newcomer in the Male category - losing out to Edward Albert. He has served on numerous corporate boards, including Aerostar Airport Holdings (San Juan Airport), BlackBear Midstream (f/k/a Wildcat Midstream), Footprint Power Salem Harbor Station, InterGen, N.V., Linden Cogeneration, Morongo Transmission, and Ports America. Mr. Vora started at General Electric Companys Corporate Business Unit as the Global Head of Internal Audit. in Economics and holds a general course certificate from the London School of Economics. Mr. Rinklin also managed Oaktrees investment in the largest marine terminal operator in the United States, including executing follow-on acquisitions and arranging several financings. Ms. Pender leads the legal aspects of operational due diligence, including drafting and negotiation of side letters with managers, legal review and analysis of underlying commingled fund governing documents, structuring customized single investor funds with underlying managers, structuring managed accounts and negotiating investment management agreements for direct investments, interpreting the liquidity provisions of managers' legal documents, and coordinating the firms proxy review and voting process. His responsibilities include deal sourcing and investment underwriting activities. Mr. Sacks is GCM Grosvenors Chief Executive Officer having joined GCM Grosvenor in 1990 and soon after being named Chief Executive Officer in 1994. He was also based in Hong Kong where he worked as an Emerging Markets fixed income strategist. Cantor Fitzgerald, shareholders of CF Finance and other investors will own less than 30% of the new company. Mr. DiMola focuses on direct infrastructure investments and is located in our New York office. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of the Northwestern University Law Review and was Order of the Coif. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in the audit division as a Senior Accountant. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rinklin has managed numerous investments that leveraged the benefits provided by unionized workforces, such as enhanced training, technical expertise and sound safety standards. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Brashear was a Senior Analyst in the Private Fund Advisory Group at Lazard Freres, where he was involved in fundraising activities for private equity funds. Mr. Lederman is the author of Hedge Fund Regulation, Second Edition, as well as chapters on hedge funds contained in Financial Product Fundamentals and Investment Adviser Regulation, all of which are publications of the Practicing Law Institute.
