He was born April 3, 1954 in Springfield, the son of Kenneth and Erma (Garrison) Hart. Upon retirement, he and Elnora moved back to Lake Hope, Ohio, where it all began. He retired after 33 years from the heating plant at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. In recent days, Lenny worked to create an archive of his music and the history of the Forvm Club.
