He was born on April 14, 1929, in Fostoria, Ohio, to Frank and Clara (Reinhart) Lucius. On June 23, 1951, in St. Boniface Catholic Church, he married Mildred R. “Milly” Kramer and she preceded him in death on March 20, 2017.
