AM 590 Radio TRANSCRIPT
Welcome back to the second half of C-VINE News Network on AM 590 ~ The Truth. Our first half was a GREAT interview with Sheriff Chad Bianco… who by the way fully endorses Larry Elder as Governor should Gavin Newsome be Recalled. (Just thought I’d mention that).

Moving on… we have Interesting developments to discuss about GTMO in Guantanamo Bay Cuba!
Next week on September 6, the 9/11 pre-trials (KSM et al) start again after a year and a half of cancelations. (Hopefully). KSM is an abbreviation for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed who is being tried as the 9/11 mastermind. The et al portion stands for the 4 others that are being tried with him.
The COVID-19 Pandemic closed GTMO down to running with the bare minimum of essential personnel since mid-March of 2020. Every three months, all scheduled proceedings were either canceled or postponed up until this point.
Twenty years have gone by since the 9/11 terrorist attack in 2001… and the case STILL hasn’t gone to trial. It REMAINS in the pre-trial phase.
Why is that? Well… it’s complicated. This report will give a thumbnail sketch as to WHY.
Interestingly enough, a large majority of the American public are not aware of exactly what is going on in GTMO… Mainly because MSM has been mostly silent the last 13 years, except for a few published articles about advocating for the remaining prisoner release, GTMO upgrades or attempts to closing it down. The first seven years after 9/11 had much more coverage until the Obama administration changed the narrative.
The Obama administration tried very hard to have GTMO shut down, citing human rights violations, and had a multitude of prisoners released during his time in office. Many of which have gone back to terrorism activities. In fact, some are leading the charge in Afghanistan as we speak.
But I digress. Obama was not successful in shutting down GTMO and President Trump put a stop to it when he came into office in 2016. President Biden has since taken up the mantle and is trying again to close down the Guantanamo military base.
We will let you the public decide if that is a good idea after this report.
Former President Trump opened up the proceedings in GTMO to the public for transparency on what has really been transpiring. He arranged advocating civilians and alternative media to be able to watch the live GTMO proceedings via CCTV starting on January 8, 2019 on the Ft. Meade Military Base in Md.
I now believe I understand why…
Civilians needed to see what was happening. C-VINE volunteers attended most of the KSM et al proceedings in 2019, and poured over the court transcripts as well as conducting outside research with their own investigations using volunteer civilian licensed investigators.
It was a monumental joint effort of teamwork.

Here is what we found out…. (all are a matter of public record, whether through the OMC or other public resources). Please observe the commentary in the attached video).
- 6 months before 9/11 and one month after… (from April to October 2001), the FBI listened via surveillance as to the how, why, and where the attacks would be happening. They also identified “who” through a linguist. C-VINE reported on this in March 2019 HERE when it came out in the Tribunal and can be found in that day’s transcripts
- On September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld announced during a nationally televised press conference that 2.3 Trillion $$$ were missing/misplaced. (The day before the terror attack). You can view that video HERE.
- In 2002 the new U.S. president, George W. Bush, argued that the vulnerability of the United States following the September 11 attacks of 2001, combined with Iraq’s ALLEGED continued possession and manufacture of weapons of mass destruction (an accusation that was later proved erroneous)… was reason enough to enter the U.S. into the Iraqi war.
- In 2003, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) was arrested and brought to a “Black Site” for enhanced interrogation. (torture).
- An additional 4 were arrested and sent to other black sites for enhanced interrogations.
- KSM et al (the additional 4 plus KSM) were moved to GTMO to have all 5 alleged terrorists tried together.
- First round of KSM et al pre-trials lasted for 7 years until the case was thrown out of court, deeming information gleaned from enhanced interrogation, inadmissible in court.
- 2nd round of pre-trials began in 2012. This time, only information freely given by the terrorists to the “clean teams” (interrogation committee) and not placed under duress… would be admissible in court.
- The C-VINE Team first started attending the KSM et al Tribunals in January 2019. We were all told on separate occasions by the father of the Defense attorney (also in attendance in Ft. Meade), some very disturbing news. He stated he heard from his son, “These proceedings will never make it to trial. They CAN’T make it to trial”. You can listen to that earlier C-VINE report HERE.
- The Judge appointed in 2019 was about to question al Baluchi (nicknamed “The Money Man of the et al) in an open proceeding when the 40 year old judge suddenly experienced a detach retina and had to be airlifted off the island for emergency surgery. The remaining two weeks of proceeding were postponed until two months later.
- In June, multiple months later a new Judge (Shane Cohen) came to the bench. The next month in July 2019, Judge (Cohen), was the very first to set a tribunal date for KSM et al of January 11, 2021. This would give the Defense over one year to prepare in addition to the previous 7 years. There finally appeared to be forward movement.
- The new set Tribunal date, set off a series of courtroom drama in the next months for a multitude of complaints from the defense team asking for a date extension. Pandemonium… contempt of court. Fired lawyers and those who quit.
- The 9/11 victims and family member filed suit in federal court multiple times to have the Saudi Official name released who is believed to be one of the orchestrators of 9/11. Victims and Family member of 9/11 have been fighting for years to have information released our government has possession of through taped phone calls of the planning of 9/11, 6 months before the attack took place. The Saudi Official’s name was redacted in a 2012 Federal Court proceeding that could very well be the true mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks. The Federal Courts absolutely refuse to release it.
- After being turned down multiple times, they finally took it to Attorney General Bar who had the interesting deadline of September 10, 2019 to make a final decision on whether or not the name could be released. Barr decided to release the name… but under seal to the attorney of the victims and family members, the 9/11 Defense Team and legal council to the Saudi Government. I have some strong suspicions on who it might be because of the over the top secrecy behind this. Why wouldn’t they want to bring in the orchestrator of 9/11 from the Saudi Government? - The former administrative head of the military court, Christian Reismeier, moved to a different role after being in his position for less than a year.
- James P. Harrington, the lead attorney for one of the 9/11 defendants, asked to leave the case, citing health issues and “incompatibility” with his client.
- David Bruck, the new lead attorney assigned to represent Harrington’s client, said he needs 2 1/2 years to prepare for trial.
- In addition during the 7 years of the 2nd round of pre-trials, multiple transgressions were committed by the FBI/CIA, and may potentially cause this round to be thrown out of court also as stated in the very last proceeding of January 2020 by Judge Cohen.
- Proof of the transgressions came out during the last proceedings in January 2020 having to do with inappropriate surveillance of discussions between the terrorists or their defense attorneys. Plus… a previous witness and linguist involved in the enhanced interrogations at the black sites, retired and then later got a job on the terrorist defense team. 4 of the 5 terrorists recognized her during one of the closed proceedings in 2013.
- Immediately after Judge Cohen made his declaration of potentially throwing this 2nd round of pre-trials out of court in January 2020… the pandemic concerns SUDDENLY came out in full force.
- Judge Cohen submitted his immediate resignation two weeks later in February 2020 citing concerns for his family’s welfare.
- Two weeks after that, GTMO was shut down except for minimal personnel because of the pandemic.
- The whole world then proceeded to shut down peripherally.
- It is my personal opinion… that the 9/11 attacks had other people pulling the strings behind the scenes from multiple countries far above and beyond KSM et al. IMHO… 9/11 is the keystone that when these puppeteers are revealed, will begin a series of domino revelations… a type chain reaction of monumental proportions that will bring down the Cabal. The continual delays in my opinion are orchestrated… always with good reasons, but habitual for at least 20 years.
- When does does 20 years of coincidences… STOP being a coincidence?
- An additional coincidence just happened to happen, in that March of 2020. I found a document purely by accident on the Office of Military Commissions website buried under a mountain of other documents. I was surprised it was there… because it was a response from the government to a request from the Defense Team asking for samples from the demolished Building Seven rubble to have analyzed for explosives. Remember building Seven was not hit by any planes but still collapsed in it’s footprint the exact way the twin towers collapsed. We’ve all been hearing theories 9/11 was a demolition project and it seems the Defense Team was looking into something. (A previous report was written by C-VINE on this incident you can read HERE)

Sale of 9/11 Crime Scene Evidence - The University of Alaska had just completed a four year study and submitted their findings with an abundance of Science proving Building Seven was a Demolition project. Interesting timing.
- The first KSM et al proceedings are on the Calendar to begin this Monday, on September 6th (Labor Day) 1.5 years later.
- MAYBE.
As a last note before we close our show… Here are a few fun facts about today’s GTMO message…
September 6th this year is the first day of Rosh Hashanah and then culminates with Yom Kippur that ends on September 16th. The last day of the trial is September 17th.Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, is one of Judaism’s holiest days. … Rosh Hashanah commemorates the creation of the world and marks the beginning of the Days of Awe, a 10-day period of introspection and repentance that culminates in the Yom Kippur holiday, also known as the Day of Atonement.
